Help us begin to grow our first vegetable garden by planting with Chef D'Amour Giovanni Green, from the organization Break Bread not Hearts. Help us plant and water tomatoes, basil, kale, and other vegetables and decorate a garden stake with your name on it to be a lasting part of our summer garden. We will watch the garden grow and use the yield all summer for a food literacy and cooking program series for children.
Simple soil to soul satiety. Working with local farmers we harvest the freshest ingredients when seasonally viable in order to push the palate into new realms of taste. Our passionate team of chefs strive to embody the sophistication of fine dining and groundbreaking culinary techniques and styles. However, our goal is provide a range of services affordable and accessible to modern families, college students, businesses, and all HUMAN beings. Remaining conscious of our ecosystems and sustainable agricultural practices, food deviates from the misconception of being a product and returns to its role as an element which unites all life.
